[Uim] uim-kdehelper 0.1.0 released

I released uim-kdehelper 0.1.0 today. This release is marked as stable.

Now Yamaken is working hard to create custom API, which accomplish to 
configure uim's behavior from external application. Once API is completed, 
I'm going to create uim-pref-qt, the GUI setting tool for uim:-)
