[Uim] superflous numbers in uim-py, uim-pinyin-big5

It's nice to see the uim 0.4.5 available for Debian now. Thanks.

When using uim-py, uim-pinyin-big5, uim-anthy, etc., what is the
use of the numbers in the drop-down list of candidates? When I
hit a number for a candidate, the number itself is input, not
the candidate. The numbers seem superfluous.

Using uim 0.4.5-1 on Debian sid under gnome 2.6.1, locale set to 
en_US.UTF-8.
