[Uim] UimQt version 0.1.7 is released!

Hi, All.

I've created the wiki page for UimQt(http://freedesktop.org/Software/UimQt)
and released version 0.1.7 for the latest unified patch.

The following environment seems stable to me.
 * Qt-immodule(qt-x11-immodule-unified-qt3.3.3-20040819.diff.gz)
 * UimQt(version 0.1.7)
 * Uim(version 0.4.3)
