[Uim] Massive slowdown after revision 129

Hi,

After upgraded to revision 129 and further, uim responsiveness
(especially key repeat) becomes slow on my machine.  Is it related
to new plugin system of uim or something?

I configured uim with --disable-compat-custom --enable-compat-scm
--enable-scm-nested-eval --disable-callback-queue, and compiled with
and without defininig NEW_UIM_PLUGIN.
