[Uim] TODO list until 0.4.6

Hi, 

Many features are implemented since uim-0.4.5 released. Many bug fixes
are done since uim-0.4.5 released. So, it's time to release uim-0.4.6.

0.4.6 will be the last release of 0.4.x series. After 0.4.6, we will
start to develop 0.5 series. 0.5.x will be unstable release, then we
well have 0.6.x as stable release.

What should be done until 0.4.6 release? Here's my TODO list.

 - Implement 'selecting candidate by numeral key' for generic IM.
 - Lazy loading of input method.
 - Split prime.c from libuim.so
 - Extend uim-custom-choice to allow non-symbol choice item. (Yamaken,
  is it possible?)
 - Remove some m17n-lib input methods (m17n-ja-anthy and m17n-zh-py)

If we done all of them, I'll release 0.4.6-beta1.

If you have a patch which sould be in 0.4.6 or know a bug which should
be fixed until 0.4.6, please notify me.
