[Uim] uim 0.2.4 released

Hi, I'm maintaining uim in Gentoo Linux (perhaps some of you knew
that already ;-) ) and thanks for everyone who developed this software.

Thanks for clarification on the status of the patch. I applied it only
to fix the problem temporarily (so I didn't bumped uim to 0.2.3.2 and
waited for 0.2.4 release). I removed it from uim-0.2.4.ebuild.

(To Gentoo users) uim-0.2.4.ebuild will be available after your next sync.
