[Uim] [FYI] anthy-6700b released!

I am happy to announce availability of anthy-6700b, stable version
of anthy, Japanese conversion engine. anthy can be used with uim,
scim m17nlib and some other frontends.

(Unfortunately, anthy-6700 has memory address alignment error
 on some processors, so we've updated to anthy-6700b)

In this release, we added no prominent features, but
 *Many new words and idioms were added
  (Thanks to UTUMI-san and many users)
 *anthy.el runs only on Japanese environment
  (Thanks to Mike-san)
 *Inference system was tuned to get higher precision
  (Watanabe-san has reported many problems)
