[Uim] uim 0.4.8 alpha1 released

Hi, very sorry for delay, now uim-0.4.8alpha1 is released. Unfortunately
it lacks surrounding text support. I decided without surrounding text
support, because it seems difficult than I thought...

Note, this is untested release, though I'm installing this version on
my system already.
