[Uim] uim 0.4.7 final released

Um, I couldn't write documents yet, but the day to release 0.4.7 final
has come... Keeping to a schedule seems more important than writing
documents, so I release 0.4.7 final.

 - Corresponded to XFT to draw preedit strings.

 - Fixed possible message conflict and corruption.
 - Exit when user logged out.
