[Uim] 0.5.0 compilation error - editline.h

uim-sh.c seems to include editline.h, which I would say is a local header
given the form:

#include "editline.h"

yet the uim tarball does NOT have uim/editline.h.

I see the current SVN version DOES have this file:

I think 0.5.0 is broken in its simplest form.  Need for a .1 release?
