[Uim] uim-xim freezes apps with a XIM spot-location patch

Hi Etsushi,

I received a report that uim-xim freezes client applications
because of a protocol error when working on Xlib with the XIM
spot-location patch which developed by Kimera project.

I know next to nothing about its properness, popularity and
standardization state. So I can't determine what we should be
