[Uim] uim 1.3.0 released

Thank you for releasing new UIM too. It's working for me.
I packed it for Slackware 11.0.

But I failed to compile uim-1.3.0 with configure option, which
is --with-qt. An error message is following:

  pref-customwidgets.cpp:1068: error: `Key_Dead_Acute' is not a member of `Qt'

  pref-customwidgets.cpp:1074: error: `Key_Dead_Tilde' is not a member of `Qt'
  pref-customwidgets.cpp:1077: error: `Key_Dead_Macron' is not a member of `Qt'

Now uim-1.3.0 in this package is made without configure options.
And I am making slax-ja 5.1.8.1 with uim-1.3.0.
