[Uim] HEADS UP: -Werror is added to CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS.

Since r3366, -Werror is added to CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS. By this change,
compilation warning treated as error.

I already check and write uim/*, gtk/*, emacs/*, xim/* and fep/* to
pass without warning.
Therefore some dirty hacks are added, especially in fep/*.

If some problems are occurred, please revert or rewrite them.
