[Uim] Release plan

Hi,

I'd like to release current snapshot of the svn trunk as uim-1.1.0
before merging sigscheme.   And I'm planning to release
uim-1.1.0-alpha after squashing bugs listed on #6089
(https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6089).

I'd like to assign these bugs for each developer.   Please take a look
for the bug.

#2315 Add --enable-pref option to configure

#5638 A hard-coded library in the dict-anthy.c
	->ekato
#6088 Unneeded *.a and *.la files for dynamic link libraries
	-> YamaKen
#6566 Problem about uim.el and uim-input-pad-ja
	-> nosuke
#6603 Some keys not work with emacs-multitty

#6813 uim-mana cannot learn the commit string
	-> Masanari
#6839 Improper config.h inclusion
	-> anyone who notice the bug

Also, Omote-san recently added -Werror to the compiler flag.  So if
you notice the compilation stop, please check the code and commit the
workaround if possible.

And again, we need icon for each IMs (e.g. Mana, T-code, Byeoru, direct, ...)!
