I've finished all I should do on the trunk. Please check the
changes and use RELNOTE for 1.1.0-alpha release.

There are 3 bugs remained on bug #6089. Although I could fix
them, I think that I should do r5rs things to bring next release
earlier. Anyone?

#6972 m17n library 1.3 features should be supported
#6973 datarootdir of new autoconf should be handled properly
#6983 UIM background setting


And some messages are recently modified. Jae-hyeon, please
update ko.po.
