[Uim] [Docs] About the design of uim

Hi Martin and all,

I've revised the introduction page of the docs about the
desctiption about uim's design. Please read it and revise it
more appropriate or let me know your opinion about the
modification.

The design summary is complemented for uim users (not for
developers). So the description does not explain about
Scheme-related internals, and focused on the difference to other
input method software.

I'll comment on other pages some days later.
