Mac OS X 10.3 doesn't have getcontext althoguht it has header files.

UNIX_LIKE -> yes
HAVE_PUSH_REGS -> no (and yes with USE_ASM_PUSH_REGS patch)
HAVE_GETCONTEXT -> no
