OK.  I've found another glitch about building functables in sigscheme.
 For uim, SCM_USE_VECTOR is not defined currently, but the functable
for sscm-ext has its function.  So I get following error while
building libuim.

'scm_p_vector_mutablep' undeclared here (not in a function)
