[UTF-8] Aspell and UTF-8/Unicode

I added a link to this thread on the BadSoftware page. 

We should put up some information about ncursesw on the
wiki. If anyone has knowledge, please contribute!

Kevin, I too would encourage you to consider using UTF-8
internally. You will see eventually that it is the right
decision. :-)
