-misc-fixed- has a lot of things, and it should even come with any
recent XFree86 distribution.

There are also CM Unicode fonts, FreeFonts project on Savannah
(savannah.gnu.org), etc.

As for non-free stuff, there's Code2000.

I don't know the exact coverage of all these, but should be easy to
find out (you install them, and check them :).
