Trash spec 0.2, technical questions

In the thread Alexander mentioned to you it was discussed to provide a URI in 
DEs you can browse your trashed files with. That would be one way to access 
the files from within a desktop environment. If something has been said about 
wether the storage should be hidden or not, I must have missed it, a quick 
search for hidden did not give me any results though.

I'd think that it should be an option if the trash files are stored hidden or 
not. CLI users twm users etc. may like to access the trash, too. (Since the 
invention of the trash can people seem to have found so many things to 
(ab)use their thrash cans for ;-)

The generated meta-data should IMHO always reside in a hidden location though. 
(Could be also under /[.]Trash or if it is a personal index maybe somewhere 
under $XDG_CACHE_HOME)
