Xt uses Xalloca.h (DEALLOCATE_LOCAL and ALLOCATE_LOCAL).

Normally (with XFree86), Xalloca.h is installed with X.h, Xfuncs.h, Xos.h,
Xmd.h, xthreads.h, keysymdef.h, et cetera. These are installed with
xproto-6.6.

Should Xalloca.h be installed with xproto?

(What about DECkeysym.h, HPkeysym.h, Sunkeysym.h, XF86keysym.h,
XWDFile.h, and ap_keysym.h too?)

Xalloca.h is also used by Xtrap (anyone doing that?) and libXfont (if it
provided Type1).

Should I just include Xalloca.h with my libXt for now?
