[Xorg] Problem building fontconfig on AIX.

I was afraid of that.

Actually I have an RPM of Fontconfig 2.2.2 available.  I had put off using
it bacause it used Freetype2 2.1.7.  But I believe that should be ok to use
now since I think the Freetype2 problem was fixed.
