[Xorg] Tinderbox error on Wraphelp.c

If the ISO standards conformance of these platforms is inconsistent, 
then maybe we should just accomodate:

#ifndef uint32_t
    #define uint32_t u_int32_t
#endif

etc.

Does that work for people?
