Patch for the macedonian XKB layout

Actually its two patches, one for the 
/usr/X11/lib/X11/xkb/symbols/mk original file, and the other for the 
/usr/X11/lib/X11/xkb/symbols/pc/mk file that is actually used by xorg.

The patches change the behaviour of grave to a dead_grave since they are 
needed for two (less used) macedonian letters, and also change my email 
address.

I've also removed the obsolete layout variants.
