[PATCH] Radeon 0/11 : various fixes, split patches

Hi !

I have updated (added more fixes) & broken up my radeon driver patches.
There are 12 patches following this email. They are pretty much all
obvious bug fixes that could probably get to the stable branch at the
same time as HEAD, except for the lvds probe PLL one, which despite
beeing an important fix for all powermac users, is a little bit more
invasive than the other ones and may be worth testing against regression
on x86 laptops and TFT setups (though so far, I didn't hear about any
regression caused by my previous iterations of these patches, only
things that they don't fix yet :)

Note that I included Alex fix for the dynamic clocks as well as the last
patch of the serie (11)
