Any bugs found in that area should be reported directly to me and the 
dri-devel list.  I'm going to try very hard to get the TLS support 
finished this weekend.  I've already done most of the work, so I should 
have some sort done by Monday.

The approach I'm taking is diverging more and more from Jakub's original 
patch (that's in Redhat and Fedora Core).  The main issue is that a TLS 
enabled libGL needs to be able to load & use a non-TLS enabled *_dri.so.

Thank you for reminding me about that.  I'll try to take a look at that
