[Xorg] Sudden change made me lose DRI

Hi all,

I had until recently kernel 2.4.x and xfree, now I changed to
xorg-6.7.0 and kernel 2.6.7, using gentoo linux.
I don't have for some reason dri enabled and I'm not being able
to make it work.
euler root # glxinfo | grep rendering
direct rendering: No

I load radeon and agpgart modules at startup. I have a ATI Radeon
Mobility 7500: (from lspci)
