You must first install libpng or "#define HasLibpng NO" in
host.def.

If your libpng is not in your systems standard include & library
directories, add to host.def "#define LibpngDir /usr/local" (or
whereever yours is installed).  See xc/config/cf/X11.tmpl for
more options if you need different paths for headers vs libs
or other less common settings.
