Mirroring xorg and rsync

Yes, it would.  Part of the problem is that most of us don't have access
to these Open Group machines that serve www/ftp.x.org, et al; when
dealing with 6.8.1, I had to upload to Leon Shiman's machine, and he
then uploaded to the Open Group machine.
