Win32 Target

No. Win32 is the plain windows API. SFU (Interix) is a POSIX API for windows. 
I think Harold Hunt had sent me cf files for Interix some time ago. Maybe I'll
include them too.

To separate them:

The SFU port requires the install of the SFU runtime 
The cygwin port requires the cygwin installation 
The Win32 port will just require msvcrt.dll and the normal windows dll.

With this port we'll have a xserver for windows which is self contained 
and easy to install
