XOrg 6.8.0 (gentoo) + NVidia binary, firefox crash

Tried .. if used right after a crash from the nvidia driver run it
ruins the screen (random pixels, flashing), at the second attempt it
starts normally and then behave normally. No crashes.

I've found another application that crashes the server: aumix in the
gtk flavour. Something related to gtk?

I've made also other test and the server is stable with everything
else, I've also achieved few hours of play with doom3 without
problems, so doesn't seem an hardware problem.
