finding process id of a window

I was using the "xprop" program to obtain all the properties from a
window. The small program i sent to you was tested with the gnome-terminal
program so gnome supports this property.

Well dtwm is rather old if it's an AIX CDE clone ? In this case
i wouldn't believe dtwm to support the _NET_WM_PID property. I may
be wrong here.
