xorg-6.8.99.15 gentoo ebuild

I have been trying to build a MythTV box based off of an VIA m10000 board
and after having problems with 6.8.2 and unichrome drivers, someone
mentioned that I try 6.8.99.15.  Everything seemed to be going well until I
hit this error message after building from the source with a gentoo ebuild:

 

xf86xv.c:53:31: X11/extensions/Xv.h: No such file or directory

xf86xv.c:54:36: X11/extensions/Xvproto.h: No such file or directory

And this was followed by a number of undeclared errors.  Any help or
suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks.
