firefox-1.5 and RC3 Monolithic

Right - I've just modified the .pc files in the monolith to not require
.pc files only delivered by the modular tree.   (Since we've now split
the sources in CVS for the monolith & modular trees, the modular .pc files
are unchanged and will still require the other 7.0 modules.)
