Missing ATI X 700 Pro support

Actually the there are a few newer ati chips that are not "officially"
supported, although they work if you force the chip ID.  I figured ati
would give us a new chip code drop at some point.  If not, we can just
add the new chip IDs as they are discovered like back in the r128
days.
