Those issues are probably best posed to the Board of Directors - they
would be the ones who give permission and would be involved in handling
the funds.   Most of them were in Boston this past week for the X.Org
Developer's Meeting and LinuxWorld conferences, so are probably still
catching up on their mail backlogs.
