Server on Linux/Sparc not scanning past 1st Host Bridge

After a bit more googling - is this a PCI domain problem where it doesn't
enumerate beyond the first PCI domain? Looking at
xc/programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86/os-support/linuxPci.h
the domain 0000: is hard-coded.
