Fix for glXCreate{Pixmap,Window}

The attached patch fixes the server and library 

  - the server doesn't crash when faced with invalid ID's
  - the library doesn't generate invalid ID's
  - the library accepts NULL for the attribute list as the
    documentation requires

It should be straight-forward, but I don't know the internals of GL,
so I thought I'd ask.
