If you don't define ProjectRoot, UsrLibDir defaults to /usr/lib (not
surprisingly), so it ends up at /usr/lib/modules. I think that largely
respecting what X does in absence of ProjectRoot is a logical way to
move away from /usr/X11R6, as long as it also makes some sense with FHS.
