User problems with the DLLoader

Basically what I'm aiming for there is the loader knows at build time whether 
it built dlloader or elfloader modules, and prefers the appropriate type.  I 
haven't tested that patch too thoroughly but it works in a modified form for 
Ubuntu so it can't be too awful.
