fontconfig:Cannot determine suffix of executable build tools ?

Hi, I am using fontconfig-2.3.2 and face some compilation problems.

It says:

I am appending my configure Out put.

How to solve this problem.

All my environmental variables are ok as far as i know.
CC, LD, PATH, CFLAGS, CPPFLAGS...

what could be the problem ?.
