Try these:

        ModeLine     "1680x1050 (Dell)" 119.0 1680 1728 1760 1840 1050 
1053 1059 1080
        ModeLine     "1680x1050 (Dell')" 147.14 1680 1784 1960 2240 1050 
1058 1063 1103

The first is what the Dell DDC reports (it's wrong).  The second is what 
I find works...

And the GTF values:

        ModeLine     "1680x1050 (GTF)" 147.14 1680 1784 1968 2256 1050 
1051 1054 1087
