Bugs for bug day

Since it's now early Monday morning in the Pacific / east Asia, Xorg
bug day has now begun.

The bugs we really want to get squashed are the 6.9/7.0 release blockers.

The current blocker list has 67 bugs:

  * 400 [ajax] [TRACKER] dlloader issues.
     o 1288 [ajax] xorgcfg fails to start.
     o 1760 [agd5f] [ATI/r128] Dualhead support for r128.
     o 4361 [ajax] Xorg -configure fails to create xorg.conf with modular 
build system.
  * 807 [xorg-team] Minor display corruption with XAA offscreen pixmaps for 
mach64.
  * 905 [xorg-team] mkfontscale crashes when processing MSungStd-Light-Acro.otf.
  * 1032 [torrey] Damage causes rootless XDarwin to crash.
  * 1106 [xorg-team] wrong amount of offscreen memory w/ accel.
  * 1382 [xorg-team] libGLw is binary incompatible with latest openmotif (2.2).
  * 1424 [mhopf] Font rendering glitches w/ acceleration.
  * 1462 [xorg-team] Big pink line on right side of screen when playing 
high-res videos with mplayer using Xv on Radeon 9200.
  * 1559 [xorg-team] radeon: Continuing problems with display detection.
  * 1752 [xorg-team] Emulate3Buttons should be disabled if we can detect more 
than 2 buttons.
  * 1992 [xorg-team] [ATI/radeon] timing bug (tearing).
  * 2260 [xorg-team] Make AGP/PCI detection a generic function.

     o 2060 [xorg-team] BUILDING doesn't describe testing prerequisities.
     o 2571 [xorg-team] Cross compile instructions are incorrect.
     o 4007 [xorg-team] README.ati documentation bugs (or more ?).
  * 3945 [xorg-team] Precision problems in fb/fbcompose.c and fb/fbpict.h.
  * 4139 [xorg-team] Reading Video BIOS using xf86ReadPciBIOS results in 
system hang.
  * 4152 [xorg-team] 24bpp broken with fbcompose.c.
  * 4168 [xorg-team] access to freed memory in the modules loader.
  * 4190 [xorg-team] Missing dependencies.
  * 4197 [mesa3d-dev] fix TEXTRELs in libGL.so.
