Hacking DIX to avoid MapNotify/UnmapNotify across composite redirect allocation/free

I don't think we need to hack DIX to prevent map/unmap notify events
during redirect setup. It's easy enough to save/restore the event masks
for StructureNotify/SubstructureNotify inside Composite itself.
