[xkb] adding a keyboard layout

Hello!

Is it possible to add a new keyboard layout to xkb in the standard X 
distribution? The layout i am taking about is the Neo-Layout 
http://pebbles.schattenlauf.de/layout/index_us.html
This is a ergonomic layout for western / European languages with easy access 
to special character for programming and math (Greek letters).

For me Neo-Layout is the next Dvorak-Layout.

Is this the right mailing list for this purpose?
