GL performance with intel RC

Hi,

For the last month or so I've been running the RCs of xorg-server and
-intel, and have had terrible GL performance.  I blamed this on
non-matching DRM drivers, and just didn't use anything with 3D in.

However yesterday at the office I plugged in and enabled an external VGA
display, turned off the LVDS, and started a GL app to demonstrate how
bad it was... and the performance was good.  Is this a known bug, or
should I replicate and file a bug with xorg logs?
