avivo problem on old LCD monitor: too high frequencies

I have this problem on my Eizo FlexScan L23 LCD which can
only do 1024x768, and according to the manual it can only do:

Hsync: 24.0-50.0 kHz
Vsync 50.0-60.0 Hz

But when running avivo driver (current git) the driver (which
apparently works) seem to throttle both frequencies a bit too
much, it attempts to self-diagnose and display the following:

fH 50,4 kHz
fV 62,6 Hz

The latter number is in RED so presumably it can take the
slightly too high Hsync but not the 2,6 Hz too high Vsync.

Attached Xorg.0.log with all EDID and stuff.
