synaptics driver MIT license approach

Hi list,

the synaptics touchpad driver is currently GPL. I will try to contact
any author I could find in the sources or the webpage and ask them to
accept the MIT license.

If you have information about authors that accepted the MIT license,
please inform me so i don't bother them about the same issue over and
over.
