I experience the S3 bug described below, but it doesn't hang the laptop,
and S4 suspend-to-disk (hibernate) works flawlessly.

I get this this problem after S3 suspend-to-ram, I called it "ghosting"

Ah good, I'll try this option myself. It would be nice to have S3 back,
it's so much faster than S4.
